Located in the El Pomar AVA in the heart of Paso Robles Wine Country, Rava Wines + Events is the place for celebrations and live entertainment. The Rava’s, a third-generation farming family, has taken their expertise into the cellar crafting sparkling wines in the traditional méthode champenoise style. Our estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon resides in the El Pomar District, one of eleven sub appellations in the Paso Robles AVA. The vineyard features warm daytime temperatures and cool marine breezes late in the day that flow through the Templeton Gap. The soils are a mix of loam, clay and limestone, providing excellent drainage and ideal conditions for growing Cabernet Sauvignon.
