Harvest season is in full swing here in Paso Robles, and we can’t wait to try all of the new vintages from this year! This time of the year is always full of excitement with the prospect of new vintages to come, but for the Paso Robles CAB Collective, it offers another reason to be excited.
This Harvest Wine Weekend, the Paso Robles CAB Collective members will all gather at the Allegretto Vineyard Resort in Paso Robles, to kick-off Harvest Wine Weekend the best way possible; by celebrating the delicious Cabernet and red Bordeaux varietals that are produced in the Paso Robles AVA. Winemakers will bring over 75 of their favorite Cabernet and red Bordeaux wines to share with you, while you delight in small bites prepared by Chef Eric Olson of Cello Ristorante and Bar. Enjoy live music performed by renowned vocalist Nicole Stromsoe and guitarist Dorian Michael, while you stroll around the gardens of the beautiful Allegretto Resort.
